Description
Single copper conductor with low temperature XLPE insulation and a sunlight resistant PVC jacket.
Voltage: 1 kV
Sizes: 1/0 AWG – 1000 kcmil
An unarmoured, flexible, compact, and reliable cable suitable for cable tray installations. This cable is smaller and lighter than conventional armoured industrial cables, making installation in cable trays easy and cost-effective.
These approved cables have undergone additional testing to ensure compliance with the rigorous performance requirements of CSA C22.2 No. 230 for Tray Cables. Nexans RW90 TC meet the following performance tests:
- FT4 Flame Spread
- Mechanical Damage – Impact
- Mechanical Damage – Crush
- Weather Resistance
- Cold Impact at -40C
- Oil Resistance
Standard colours are available.
RoHS compliant.
Applications
- For open wiring, raceways, and cable tray (ventilated, non-ventilated, and ladder-type) installations in dry or wet locations.
- Suitable for installations in accordance with CE Code Rule 12-2202.
- 90°C conductor operating temperature.
- -40°C minimum installation temperature (with suitable handling procedures).
- Sunlight resistant (SR)
- FT4 flame spread rating
- Suitable for direct burial
